Do I have a lawsuite?

Look I don't need snooty reply's and have a honest to god question. I had a misscarriage a week and a half ago. The hospital I went through I told them numerous times that my mother had preeclampsia when she was pregnant with all of her children. i was trying to give the doctor family background. I began getting sick and in my 6th month i started showing early signs of it but i didnt know. I had also a infection that i complained about for a month adn each doctor didnt check my blood but finally checked my pee and found infection. I am under tricare and unfortunately no permanent doctor at the time. I kept going to the hospital or the doctors office and each time i was blown off stating it was a part of pregnancy. I moved back home to be with my family and a week lator i got horribly sick and it was found out i had a infected placentia a raging bacterial infection and a fever. None of the doctors listenened to me. I lost my baby due to there negligence. I have all my medical records of all my complaints. Do i have a lawsuite or just leave it alone.
