Does anyone know if burts bees is good about clearing up acne?

I've struggled with acne since i started puberty. nothing works. not proactive, or acne free, or clearasil, or anything. not even doctor prescribed medications and creams. I've heard a lot of people rant and rave about burts bees so i was wondering if anyone with mild to bad acne has ever used it and seen results. people typicaly with oily/dry combo skin. thanks!
