"Pull out method" pregnant on pre?

I had 14 days after my last period. It is now 17 days since my last period. My husband and I have 2 kids and I have an appt next month to get on birth control. In the mean time we've been using condoms... weeeell, the last time we went to have we didn't realize there was no condoms left so my husband used the "pull out method" (if you want to call it a method!) I heard that pre has sperm and is potent. Do you all think I could be pregnant?? -- Im hoping not, my 3 and 1 yr old are enough to keep me busy right now!! God, Im nervous!
