Need to complete my sinnoh dex in pokemon platinum. where can i see or find a hippopotas?

i need to see or find a hippopotas. i havent yet reached the resort area so i can't get one there and i don't wanna spend too much time catching unknown. is there a trainer that has it that i can see it? i want to see it w/o cheating any help please?????
