Cash for Clunkers: Does widely popular mean wildly successful?

It's more government waste. Particularly when you see all those drivable cars being crushed. Some folks are doing ok with the plan, but for the most part, it's just MORE GOVERNMENT WASTE and the cost to the taxpayer.
