What will be the effect of Governor Walker of Wisconsin losing his office in January?

My opinion is that the United States will be a lost cause for Republicans in 2012. We've seen what they really want is to destroy the unions. First the teachers, then everyone else. Republicans have made the unions mad as well as many other Americans, so they are going to suffer in the upcoming elections.
