2000 Dodge Durango vibration at idle & loss of power. ideas?

My 2000 dodge durango 5.9 has a bad vibration at idle but tends to get better as it warms up, also has a loss of power at higher rpm's accompanied by rough running when getting on the gas. Thinking maybe a fuel pump? Any other ideas?
