Are Arielle Kebbel and Katherine Heigl related?

I have noticed that Arielle Kebbel (John Tucker Must Die, Grudge 2) bears a striking resemblance to Katherine Heigl (TV star from Grey's Anatomy, Roswell and hit comedy Knocked Up). While I know they are not immediate relatives, was curious if they were perhaps distant cousins or something.
