Can u become emancipate at 17 ?

Laws differ from state to state. But on average, if you're 17 it wouldn't be worth it. It takes months to get it through the courts and you have all the paperwork and everything. A judge will not emancipate you if you do not already have a job, and can prove that you can care for yourself with no outside help. You will need to have a plan, a way to pay bills, and a place of your own to live. By the time it's all said and done, you will most likely already be 18, and you would have wasted thousands of dollars (emancipation isn't cheap.)
