Flirting is good, but will only get him interested. Be confident, go for it, and ask him to hang out as a friend (say go to a movie or go to the arcade or amusement park or something). Or just go over to his house and talk to him. If you're nice I'm sure his parents will like you. Find out what his favorite video game is, learn how to play it, and challenge him! :-)
