i wasnt around for the banjo minnow debate so i will chime in now. although they are high maintinence, the action was great. i talked alot of finicky fish into biting on banjo minnows when my standbys werent working. was it worth the money? no. was it an optimal design for durability? no. but it was something different. and it looked great when you worked it right.
