I have a lease expiring in AUG and will be buying a New Car should I buy now or wait?

Lease a 2007 Nissan Maxima that terminates AUG 2009 going to downsize to an accord/Malibu or similiar and probably buy. Is now the time to buy or should I wait for a better deal later this summer ??
