Should I join the DEA or ATF?

My parents are DEA. As of recently there is a hiring freeze that last a few years. So when you graduate there will be LOTS of applicants. My suggestion to stand above the rest is to join the Army Reserves. Also A Criminal Justice degree isn't worth it because if you don't get hired on there isn't much else you can do with that degree. At my Dads Office there is a guy with a degree in physical education and one with a degree in one in primary education. So it doesn't matter your degree.
