What's the new value menu for Taco Bell?

Please don't tell me to look at the website. I went to a Taco Bell three days ago, and the menu had things changed, and removed from the menu. I don't remember everything though. All I know was that the double cheesy beef burrito was $.99, and the 1/2 cheesy bean and rice burrito was off the menu.
