Whats the problem????????????

Could be ulcers Pony. A horse that has colic ed three time already is going to continue to have problems. And more often than not it gets worse with each episode. Definitely get your vets advice as to how to treat what he has now and put him on a regimented diet to help control further problems. Good luck.
