When Divorce Is Final?

I wonder if you can re-open the case even it has been finalized? A friend of mine just went through divorce and it was final not even 3 months ago. (The divorce from start to finish didn't even take 6 months and it was final.) She agreed on whatever her husband wanted because she didn't have the money at that time for a lawyer so he got everything but now she's ready to fight what she is entitled to and wants to re-open the case. They were married 16 years. Ground for divorce, irreconcilable.They both work and have 2 kids, 16 and 15.They owned properties. Would she be entitled to benefits such as insurance, retirement, alimony, child support etc. She didn't get any of that. So can she re-open the case? This is in the state of Georgia. Thanks!
