I NEED HELP ON WHAT TO DO WITH MY BOYFRIEND?

i love my boyfriend to peices. i really doo. but i dont know if we should be together, beacuse it feels like he dosent trust me anymore. he lives 45 minuet drive aways, he works week days while im at collage, and i se him the weekends, he either stays at mine or i go to his, he does all the driving and has bin for the last 4 months, i have recentaly miscarried a unplanned pregnancy from our stupidity, and he didnt really understand what it was. and hes 19. and he dosent seam to care, even though he feels like hes ready to be a dad. witch i don't know really. but it does feel like we arefading away how can i prevent this from ending up to a break up, beacuse i just feel so sad all the time and tke everything out on him!!! thankyou for your answers, x
