We just had kittens three days ago, we lost all 5 kittens in three days, has anyone ever experienced this?

Momma kitty has been vacinated and tested and has up clean, nothing wrong with her, wondering what other causes can happen, our vet will tell us nothing unless we autopsy and that is not cheap.
